- Pour the dough into the cake pan and drop the cake tin a few times to get rid of air bubbles in the cake. Bake for about 20 mins at 170 degrees, depending on the size of the cake tin.
(If you use a 17cm cake tin, use 4 eggs with double the ingredients and bake it for about 30-35 mins) - Put the cake tin upside down and leave it cool. The cake should be moist, soft and light.
- I used this yuzu cha (Yuzu Jelly Tea). You can get it from Waitrose and it is just like Japanese Yuzu cha. It gives you beautiful Yuzu flavour to the cake. It is different from Lemon or orange and I love it.
