- 1/2 kg Small Rus gullay(Optional)

- In a bowl, add Rice and soak.
- In a pan, add water, yellow color, cooking oil,few drops vinegar, salt and bring to boil.
- Now, add soaked rice and bring to boil.
- Now, in a pan, add desi ghee, cardamom, cloves, milk,sugar and bring to heat.
- Now, add boiled rice, rasgulla, cream, dry milk,almonds,1 tbspn ghee spread on top cover and put on dam for 10-15 minutes, on low flame. then mix it.
- Your sweet Zarda now ready to serve.
