  3. Boil the milk. Take 5 Tbsp Ghee in a pan and fry the cardamom seeds. Pour this mixture on the hot milk.Add some fresh malai.It adds to the flavour.
  4. Add dry dates to the milk.
    Add all the fried dry fruits, making sure that the gas is on low. Cook until gets thick.Add Raisins at the end.
    Add the vermicelli. Switch off the gas.
  5. Sugar is to be added last. Tip in the sugar and stir. Add cardamom powder and mix it well.
